Please contact Dr. Rothschild between appointments if you have questions or concerns, wish to adjust your medication dosage, or if any provider starts or changes a medication, including over-the-counter products and herbal supplements.
For non-urgent matters, send a message through the secure patient portal or call (727) 786-8000 and leave a voicemail. Messages are typically returned within one business day.
Emergencies
If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, including feeling out of control, unable to care for yourself, or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please do not wait for a return call. Take one of the following actions immediately:
- Call 911
- Go to your nearest emergency room
- Call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Prescription Refills
Established patients who need a medication refill before their next appointment may call the office or submit a refill request through the secure patient portal. Please allow up to 48 business hours for refill requests to be processed.
Release of Information
Your private, protected health information will not be released without your written consent. To request a release of information, please call or message the office and we will send you a secure authorization form to complete online. To message our office, please visit our patient portal.
