Schedule a Free 15-Minute Exomind TMS Consultation
How it works
Requesting a consultation is a simple three-step process designed to make sure your time with Dr. Rothschild is focused and productive.
Step 1: Request a time and answer few questions. Use the calendar below to select a preferred day and time. As part of the booking, you’ll answer a brief questionnaire that helps Dr. Rothschild understand your background.
Step 2: We review and confirm. Dr. Rothschild will personally review your request and questionnaire responses, then confirm your consultation time by email — typically within one business day. If your preferred time isn’t available, we’ll offer alternatives.
Step 3: Your consultation call. At the confirmed time, Dr. Rothschild will call you directly. The call typically lasts 10–15 minutes and covers what you’re hoping to address with TMS, how TMS works, and whether it might be the right next step for you.

FAQ
What if I can’t find a time that works? If none of the available slots fit your schedule, please call our office at (727) 786-8000 and we’ll work with you directly.
Why do I need to answer questions before booking? The questionnaire gives Dr. Rothschild a little background, helps clarify what you’re hoping to get out of TMS, and screens for certain conditions that may be contraindications to treatment. With this context in hand, the consultation call can focus on your specific situation and goals — making the most of your 15 minutes.
How long does a TMS treatment take if I decide to proceed? TMS treatment courses vary based on your individual needs and goals. Each session lasts approximately 25–30 minutes, with frequency ranging from weekly to daily depending on the treatment plan. We’ll discuss the right schedule for your situation in detail during your consultation if TMS seems like a good fit.
Does insurance cover TMS? Our practice is currently out-of-network with all insurance carriers. Patients pay directly for treatment and may submit claims to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their plan. We can provide an itemized superbill to support your claim.
TMS is FDA-cleared for adults with major depressive disorder who haven’t responded to antidepressant medication, and for OCD. Out-of-network reimbursement for these conditions varies by plan and typically requires documented failure of two or more antidepressant trials. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits and any prior authorization requirements.
TMS used for off-label indications is not eligible for insurance reimbursement and is private pay only.
